Love Wine Food Delivery

Our fulfilment service dispatches 7 days a week and Royal Mail collects orders 7 days a week (industrial action excepted!). Please note normally orders placed on weekends and UK bank holiday are actually shipped by Royal Mail the next working day.

All orders placed before 1.30pm (UK time) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1.30pm are dispatched the next  day. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Parcel Service and delivered via Royal Mail (UK) and for all other countries, delivered locally by your domestic postal service.

UK Delivery

Royal Mail Standard Delivery:

Orders are sent via Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ service. This normally takes 2 days but can be up to 4 days. Successful delivery confirmation is recorded (no signature required).

Royal Mail Express Delivery:

Orders are sent via Royal Mail ‘Tracked 24’ service. This normally takes 1 day but can be up to 3 days. Successful delivery confirmation is recorded (no signature required).

International Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail ‘International Tracked’ service and are fully tracked to the final destination address.

Delivery to EU/EEA+ addresses normally take 3 to 5 working days (Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is usually 3-4 days).

USA/CAN/AUS/NZ/Oceania and worldwide deliveries normally take 5-7 working days.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

We pride ourselves on our efficient and well managed fulfilment service. However, accidents can happen and on rare occasions a product may arrive damaged or incomplete. If this is the case, please contact us immediately at cmh@lovewinefood.com and one of our team will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you without delay. Any such instances should be reported to us directly within 14 days of receipt of the product.

What if my delivery has not arrived?

If you have not received your product after 10 days of placing your order, please contact us at cmh@lovewinefood.com.
